Process Power
Relative to building and sustaining momentum on various customer-driven initiatives, we believe that progress occurs when an effective planning, research and implementation process is in place. There are several qualities that make a process effective. First and foremost, the process must be customer-driven. In addition, it should be a careful blend of art and science and involve all disciplines in an organization, including product design, engineering, finance, marketing, operations and sales.

In terms of outcomes, this process should be continuous (phases and individual activities should be planned/ongoing), time sensitive (timeframes should be reduced from initiative to initiative) and progressive (obvious improvements should occur from one initiative to the next).

The
